  • Where we can accommodate these we will but due to tight cleaning schedules around guests departing and arriving, this is generally not possible.

  • No, unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets at our property.

  • Yes, all linen and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bedrooms are presented as shown in our photos.

  • The house doesn’t have air conditioning, as is the case with the majority of houses in the Blue Mountains. We do have ceiling fans for warmer weather and a Rinnai gas fireplace in the living room. There are also heaters in the bedrooms for the cooler months.

  • We have board games, books and DVDs but no portacot or high chair is available.

  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the house under any circumstances.

  • Yes, it does. The house is also set down low from the road and we find it
    gets good airflow so tends to be fine during warm spells in the mountains.

  • The details are contained in our house manual.

  • No, all personal items and effects are the responsibility of the guest and any loss or damage is at the guest’s expense.

  • We do have a strict maximum 4 guest policy as this is the number the house comfortably accommodates and is catered for. Our insurance also stipulates adhering to this.

  • We don’t have a vacuum at the house as our cleaner does vacuums between visits. We do have a dustpan and brush under the kitchen sink and in the laundry under the sink as well.

  • The house is fully stocked and is as shown in the photos and amenities listed on our website.

    The house has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a slow cooker, olive oil, salt and pepper, and other kitchen basics - it's a home away from home.

    As for cleaning products we supply dishwashing tabs and liquid, with further cleaning products under the sink.
